Before substantive work begins

Before any data is shared or assessment work begins, we both sign a mutual confidentiality agreement. Your participation, your data, and everything we discuss is protected — legally and permanently. Mutual and binding.

Assessment Setup

Week 0

Your assessment programme is arranged — genetic testing, blood panel and wearable setup confirmed for your location. I provide guidance on which blood markers would be most informative for your situation; you arrange the draw through your preferred provider, whether that's your GP, a walk-in laboratory, or a direct testing service. Your wearable device is configured and begins collecting baseline data. Secure, encrypted communication channels are established via ProtonMail and Signal.

Deep Assessment

Weeks 1–2

A comprehensive intake across all seven domains — body, brain, sleep, nutrition, identity, relationships, and work. Combined with your genetic results and blood chemistry, we build a complete physiological picture that no standard medical appointment provides. This is where we see what your doctor misses.

Weeks 3–4

Throughout your programme

Final phase

Communication
